Coal gasification technology is one of the key technologies for clean coal utilization.At present,the synthesis process of synthesis gas using methane or coal alone is widely used at home and abroad.The technology is relatively mature,but due to the characteristics of raw materials,whether it is traditional coal chemical industry.It is also a new type of coal chemical industry,which has the characteristics of large pollution.This paper proposes the concept of coal-CH4-CO2 combined gasification low-carbon mode from the perspective of energy efficient clean utilization,and uses the process simulation software Aspen Plus to design and model the process,and simulate the process through simulation.Analysis and optimization,and then use the Aspen simulation workbook to integrate Excel and Aspen plus software to achieve data interaction between the two,and form a process equipment design calculation process package,which greatly saves the design cycle.Coal-CH4-CO2 combined gasification process with low CO2 discharge is based on the existing coal gasification process,such as Texaco gasification process,GSP gasification process or SHELL gasification process,and is respectively improved by adjusting the hydrogen to carbon ratio to achieve efficient and clean use of energy.This paper explores the appropriate amount of methane fed into the gasification furnace of the above three gasification processes and discuss the influences on H2/CO ratio,carbon discharge and gasification efficiency.Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate the three processes of coal-CH4-CO2 combined gasification based on the original gasification technologies of Texaco,GSP and SHELL.Using sensitivity analysis tools,The effects of four operating parameters of oxygen-cement ratio,carbon conversion rate and methane feed rate on gasification effect show that the concentration of coal-water slurry is optimized by unit operation parameters,and the result shows with the amount of methane feed increasing,there will be a promoting effect on the gasification effect,while the effect of carbon conversion on the gasification effect is not obvious.By calculating the process index and the effective energy utilization rate,it is found that the above three combined gasification processes are relative to the original gasification process,the oxygen consumption is reduced,the H2/CO value is increased by up to 2:1,the CO2 emission is drastically decreased,the water consumption is partly due to Participating in CH4 conversion and the decline is not obvious,but the effective energy is increased.In a word,the economic environment advantage is more prominent.Among them,the GSP combined gasification process has the best combined gasification effect compared with the other two processes.In addition,the hydrogen-carbon ratio of the syngas can be flexibly adjusted by changing the feed ratio of coal to methane.Compared with coal gasification alone,the conversion and purification unit load can be reduced and equipment investment and operating costs can be reduced.A new process for green and efficient development of coal chemical industry.
