With the rapid development of economy, the demand for energy is growing, our countrygive piroirty to with coal energy consumption structure will not change for a long peirod oftime. Develop advanced clean coal technology, improve coal utilization efifciency, reduceenvironmental pollution from coal burning directly is one of the main ways of research andapplication of coal gasiifcation technology.Based on this,this paper was established drying and gasiifcation of coal simulationprocess based on ASPEN PLUS software, through different methods such as the element ofconservation, the equilibrium constant calculation, literature data to prove the simulationprocess are verified. Simulation results coincide with expeirmental data, show that thesimulated process with certain reliability.In this paper, by using Established coal drying process simulation to simulate the coalsample,investigate the relationship of different drying temperature and mass flow rate of thedrying medium to reach requirements of drying, and established the optimum operationconditions. It analyses the reasons of the phenomenon of inflection point.Using the established gasiifcation simulation process to simulate the coal samples,studied the possibility of CO2replacing part of the water vapor as gasification agent,reasonably come to the ratio of CO2/H2O=1/4,investigate the influence on the result of coalgasification with pressure of coal gasification and the ratio of coal and oxygen,the ratio ofcoal and water,and the interaction of these factors when CO2input is fixed,to obtain theoptimum operation conditions when the examine factors is CO+H2.Single factor simulation results show that the influence on the simulation of product thefactor of oxygen-coal ratio and water-coal ratio is more significant than gasiifcationpressure.Orthogonal simulation results show that the interaction of oxygen-coal ratio andcoal-water ratio in the gasification process of simulating is more signiifcant than individualfactors.Single-factor simulation to obtain the best operating pressure is4MPa, oxygen-coal ratiois0.68kg/kg, water-coal ratio is0.08kg/kg, temperature is1331°C+, COH2mole content is0.9868; the orthogonal expeirment to obtain the best conditions for the gasification pressure is3MPa, oxygen-coal ratio is0.65kg/kg, water-coal ratio is0.08kg/kg. temperature is1469°C, CO+H2mole content is0.9885. Consideirng factors such as gas content and oxygenconsumption, determined the operating conditions of orthogonal simulation is best.
