The safe power supply plays an important role in efficient production of coal mine.With the improvement of mining mechanization in coal mine,more and more large electromechanical equipment and advanced control system have been widely used in underground coal mine,which makes the production face continue to extend forward,and the high-voltage power supply cable and equipment continue to go deep into the end.In the case of equipment leakage,short circuit,often lead to multi-level switch tripping at the same time,leading to a large area of power failure,affecting production,and at the same time to the safety of equipment and underground work personnel personal safety serious threat.In order to ensure safe and reliable underground power supply,this paper applies digital processor technology,field bus technology and industrial Ethernet technology based on the principle of intelligent substation.In this paper,the integrated computing technology of networking is studied to locate the fault section and solve the difficult problem of fault finding.The zero-sequence steady-state basic wave ratio,amplitude ratio and phase method,zero-sequence fifth harmonic method,and zero-sequence active current component method were selected,and the rough set theory was used to integrate the various leakage selection methods to form a comprehensive criterion to improve the reliability of leakage protection.Based on the research of mine network automatic search and network topological equivalence method,a mine protection system architecture based on gigabit fiber self-organizing network technology is designed.At the same time,the system can select the fault line and cut out the fault line in a very short time without affecting the rest of the lines by using the logic search and decision algorithm of preventing skip tripping.A complete set of mine comprehensive protection equipment,such as mine comprehensive protection device for high and low voltage,mine communication controller,integrated protection measurement and control host,was designed.The test platform of mine protection system was built to test the prototype of each device and the protection technology of the system.The design was applied in taiping coal mine of panmei group.This paper designed and developed a comprehensive protection device for mining with the characteristics of general software platform,open data structure,easy to use,easy to upgrade and maintain,etc.,which can provide reliable technical support for the safety,reliability and economy of coal mine power supply system,and has significant social and economic benefits.
