The coal mine power grid has such characteristics as centralizing loads, higherrequirements for power supply reliability, terrible running circumstances of electricalequipments, ect. The safety production in coal mines of coal supply is of great significance.As the communication technology, the development of computer technology, automaticcontrol technology, these will be for each link about electrical equipment operation,maintenance and management. Improving the scientific nature and reliability of the mineproduction automation work, is the necessary means to realize modernization of mine powersupply automation control and the basic goal.First of all, on the basis of thorough reading, this dissertation introduces the developmentprocess of monitoring and control system for mine safety monitoring and points out theshortages of the current mine power supply monitoring system and existing problems. Theprotocol conversion function of mine monitoring stations is designed and The resistant regionof coal mine power supply chain fault tripping protection algorithm is studied.In this paper, the design of the mine power supply monitoring substation, the maincontroller uses ARM7LPC2148chip. The role of the monitoring substation has two sides, onthe one hand, through the RS-485bus connection the underlying equipment, on the otherhand the top computer via optical fiber Ethernet ring network connection, as the monitorcomputer and protector in underground transit, storage, information between various protectortreatment station; Complete packaging, communication protocol conversion, data informationaccording to local, local monitoring system and setting to parameter. The hardware andsoftware in detail elaborated the sub-station system design method, and the communication ofthe substation debugging process are given. Upon completion of the monitoring substation design, on the basis of the research has many Agent unit area protection algorithm, to mineswitch equipment comprehensive protector in the direction of the internal components of theintegration of information by the incidence matrix, the fault localization can be realized bymonitoring the failure criterion of the substation. Single-phase grounding fault are simulatedin PSCAD software and the simulation data and the results verify the correctness of thealgorithm, and the problem of override trip can be solved effectively.Finally through LabVIEW software to set up a simple monitoring and control system formine power supply PC interface, the system give orders through the network on themainframe, it can modify from the underground sub-station to the program, the protectorfixed value setting. The switch can be points that closing operation and fault tripping signalreset after the operation, the function of the mine power monitoring system is simulated in thelaboratory environment.
