To carry out the study on destruction characteristics of crossheading surrounding rock and support technology in large mining height fully-mechanized face has important practical engineering value.This paper depends on the project of 22206 fully-mechanized face of the mine in a mining area in northern Shaanxi,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring combining the method of Surrounding rock failure characteristics and supporting technology for the study.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The failure mechanism analysis of coal wall lining of large mining height fully mechanized mining face was completed.The results show that the main cause of coal wall slab is tensile failure and shear failure.The main factors affecting the film gang include:mechanical properties of coal,buried depth and height of coal seam,working resistance of the support,propulsion speed of the working face,stoppage time and characteristics of mine pressure.(2)The main control measures of the coal wall slab include:reasonable control of the working face mining height,improvement of the initial support force and working resistance of the bracket,reasonable and effective support design,improvement of the mechanical properties of the coal body,and acceleration of the working surface propulsion speed.(3)The on-site monitoring study of the ore pressure law of the 22206 working face was completed.The results show that the 22206 working face support system can effectively restrain the deformation of the surrounding rock and ensure the stability of the working face.(4)The action mechanism of bolt and cable in coal roadway is analyzed,the surrounding rock Support design of the 22206 working face is completed.The stability of surrounding rock and the design parameters of support are analyzed by FLAC numerical simulation and on-site monitoring research.The result shows that support design parameters of surrounding rock are reasonable.
