Study On The Dendrobium Candidum Polysaccharides Apply To Cosmetic

Dendrobium candidum is a rare Chinese herbal medicine,which is well known for its anti-oxidation,anti-aging,lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic,and enhanced immunity effects.Different from the use of Dendrobium candidum as a health care product,this subject aims to study the application of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides for cosmetics.The main contents are as follows: We extract the factors in the extraction and alcohol precipitation of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides(extraction temperature),extraction time and liquid-to-liquid ratio)single factor on the extraction rate of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides,determined the appropriate single factor in the extraction process,extraction temperature 70 ° C,extraction time 3 hours,liquid to material ratio 40:1 three parameters respectively It is the best parameter for single-variable experiment,and the degree of influence on the extraction rate is liquid-to-liquid ratio>extraction temperature>extraction time.Using Box-Behnken method,the extraction experiment and optimization of refined polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum for the above three factors are designed.The extraction process was carried out,and the optimal extraction process was obtained.The extraction temperature was 75 °C,the extraction time was 3 h,the liquid-to-liquid ratio was45:1,and the polysaccharide extraction rate of Dendrobium candidum was 41.98%,which was basically consistent with the predicted value.We also aimed at the extract of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide.Skin safety evaluation,as well as the efficacy of moisturizing and anti-oxidation,were examined.Then we found that the safety evaluation of the extract was good,and it also had good moisturizing effect and the ability to scavenge free radicals.Finally,the mask liquid and moisturizing water were designed with Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide,and the moisturizing test of the prepared Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide cosmetics was tested.The test results show that the product has a good moisturizing effect and a good feeling of use.The experiment is economical and environmentally friendly,has no residual organic solvents,and can be industrially produced.
