COD(chemical oxygen demand)can reflect the degree of pollution of reducing substances in water, and ammonia nitrogen is an important factor in eutrophication of water bodies. Therefore, monitoring data on COD and ammonia nitrogen can be used as one of the important indicators for assessing the degree of water pollution.Accurate determination of the values of COD and ammonia nitrogen can preliminarily judge the degree of pollution of water bodies, and has important reference value for industrial drainage, lakes and river monitoring. In this paper, the error correction model of COD is discussed and studied. In the study, standard water quality was tested by dichromate method and rapid digestion spectrophotometry. The detection range of each of the two methods was studied. The detection of standard water samples by dichromate method and fast digestion spectrophotometry satisfies a certain linear relationship. The experimental precision of the dichromate method is higher than that of the fast digestion spectrophotometry. In the detection of actual wastewater, the principal component analysis model is used, and the value of the dichromate method is used as the basis to correct the measured value of the rapid method. The factors affecting the measured value of the rapid method are suspended matter SS from large to small.Conductivity K and pH.A water quality correction error correction model for COD was established. At the same time, the error correction model of ammonia nitrogen detection is discussed and studied. In the research, the standard water quality was detected by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry and electrode method, and the detection range of the two methods was studied. The detection of standard water samples by Nessler's reagent method and electrode method satisfies a certain linear relationship. In terms of experimental precision, there is no significant difference between the two methods. For the selection of the ammonia nitrogen error model, the minimum two-dimensional support vector machine was adopted, and the effects of suspended solids,pH,conductivity and temperature on the Nessler's reagent method and the electrode method were introduced.By simulating the water quality, the minimum two-dimensional vector machine model was established..Through the t-test,95% of the confidence that the model is actually effective, the corrected error greatly reduces the raw water detection error value, and improves the detection accuracy. In the process of detecting actual wastewater, this paper discusses the effect of high chloride ion on COD detection.4 ml of 10 g/L silver sulfate-sulfuric acid solution,1 ml of 0.50 mol/L potassium dichromate solution,0.5 ml of 0.1 mol/L silver nitrate solution and 0.5 ml of 20 g/L mercury sulfate solution were added to the COD digestion tube.2ml deionized water is mixed, and a certain pretreatment method can be used to effectively detect high-chlorine wastewater.
