Water resources in China are not rich,so the rational recycling of water resources is very important.The water consumption of power plant is larger than that of industrial water.The unreasonable utilization of water will cause waste of water resources.Therefore,it is imperative to use the zero discharge mode of power plant wastewater.In the urgent demand of zero discharge of power plant wastewater,chloride ion content is an important index for recycling and utilization of power plant wastewater,and the high content of chloride in waste water has certain harm to equipment and production.Therefore,it is very necessary to detect high content chlorine ion in power plant wastewater.Considering the wastewater composition,turbidity,color and other complicated situation,the main content of this paper is method in Moore method,potentiometric titration,ion chromatography,mercury nitrate titration,spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectrometry and automatic flow injection method of chloride ion detection,experimental methods to choose the most suitable power plant waste water with high chloride ion concentration detection.Combined with the characteristics of power plant wastewater,the most suitable FIA turbidimetric method was selected for the automatic detection of high chloride content in power plant wastewater.First,the test of chlorine ion concentration by turbidimetry shows that the number of linear relations is as high as 0.999,and the feasibility of FIA turbidimetry is determined.And turbidimetric method was used to optimize the concentration of nitric oxide,silver nitrate and OP(polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether),and determine the optimal range of FIA turbidimetric drug.Then through the experimental equipment of peristaltic pump rotation speed,different experimental drug flow path diameter,sampling volume,loop reactor length,each factor of several optimization experiment results,the optimal experimental conditions determined,and then design the optimal experimental flow diagram.The best concentration of the experimental drugs and the best conditions of the experimental equipment were determined by optimizing the experimental concentration of nitric acid,silver nitrate and OP(polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether).The experimental results show that the chlorine ion concentration has a good linear relationship with the concentration of 2-8mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.998.The stability test shows that the relative deviation of the stability of the solution absorbance is 0.00095.The detection of power plant wastewater samples shows t hat the relative error is less than 3% by comparing the results of standard titration method and FIA turbidimetry,which proves that FIA turbidimetry has high accuracy for automatic detection of high content chlorine ion in power plant wastewater.
