| With the rapid economic growth and the rapid expansion of urban scale,the proportion of kitchen waste in urban waste is rising year by year.Kitchen waste ingredients contain a lot of organic matter and grease,very easy to be oxidized,produce harmful gases.How to treat the kitchen waste properly is still an important subject of scientific research.In this paper,the process analysis of kitchen waste treatment,according to the "practical,reliable,advanced,economic" principle,design and research and development of kitchen waste treatment equipment drum mixing mechanism,in a short period of time to fully mix bacteria,treatment agents and garbage,to avoid stirring dead angle and screening function,to obtain the best stirring effect;The cooking waste and strain in the drum are heated by means of heat transfer,and the sewage treatment box of the equipment is designed in combination with the current advanced ultra-hydrophobic oil separation and separation technology.Using Solidworks software to model the new type of kitchen waste treatment equipment Three-dimensional modeling,using the finite element software Ansys Workbench to carry on the finite element analysis to the new kitchen waste treatment equipment drum and the rack,check its strength and stiffness;In addition,the prestressed modal analysis of the equipment rack is carried out separately,The resonant frequency and vibration pattern of the rack are obtained,and the results show that the drum and rack meet the design requirements.The main controller of the equipment control system adopts AT89S51 single chip microcomputer.The control system of the equipment mainly includes temperature and humidity control,gravity control,speed control,time control and display control.The equipment control system uses HTU21 D temperature and humidity sensor to detect the temperature and humidity in the drum.The equipment gravity sensor adopts LH-S808 spokes gravity sensor.Through the design of a reasonable circuit,to control the three-phase AC motor frequency conversion speed regulation,the completion of the motor deceleration.Orthogonal experiment was used to test the prototype of new kitchen waste treatment equipment.The experimental results show that the temperature control system of the equipment can accurately control the temperature in the drum,and the degradation effect is the best when the strain is between the 50℃~60℃.Thus,it is proved that the new type of kitchen waste treatment equipment has the robustness of mechanical structure and stable degradation rate. |
