| Imidazole and its derivatives are a class of nitrogen-containing organic heterocyclic compounds in which multi-substituted imidazoles(derivatives in which the hydrogen on the imidazole ring is substituted by a plurality of groups)have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-insect,and regulate plant growth.It is widely used in the fields of chemistry,medicine,biology,materials and so on.It has been found that certain imidazole derivatives may cause mutagenic and carcinogenic compounds in the process of biological metabolism,so the physicochemical properties,toxicity mechanism and toxic excitatory effects of these compounds over time and generation are changed.And its related mechanisms are still the key scientific issues that need to be solved urgently.In this study,Arabidopsis thaliana was used as a model plant,and 1-Methylimidazole,1-Ethylimidazole and 2-Methylimidazole were used as test substances.Multi-generation toxicity analysis was used to excite oxidative stress and antioxidant system.The effect breakthrough was studied to study the effects of imidazoles on the reproductive capacity of Arabidopsis thaliana and the multi-generational toxicity of antioxidant system,and to establish a test method for multi-generational toxicity of Arabidopsis thaliana.The main results are as follows:(1)1-Methylimidazole promoted the production of first-and second-generation Arabidopsis thaliana species.1-Methylimidazole inhibited the production of free radicals such as ROS,H2O2,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals in first-generation Arabidopsis plants,and produced antioxidants such as SOD,APXs,GPX and LOX in plants.Has a stimulating effect.(2)2-Methylimidazole inhibited the production of the first-generation Arabidopsis thaliana seed,and promoted the production of the second-generation Arabidopsis thaliana seed.2-Methylimidazole inhibited the production of free radicals such as ROS,H2O2,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals in first-generation Arabidopsis plants,and produced antioxidants such as SOD,APXs,GPX and LOX in plants.Has a stimulating effect.(3)1-Ethylimidazole has an inhibitory effect on the first-generation Arabidopsis thaliana seed production,and has a stimulating effect on the second-generation Arabidopsis thaliana seed quantity.1-Ethylimidazole inhibited the production of free radicals such as ROS,H2O2,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals in first-generation Arabidopsis plants,and produced antioxidants such as SOD,APXs,GPX and LOX in plants.Has a stimulating effect.The toxicity of the three imidazole compounds on the reproductive quantity of the first-generation Arabidopsis thaliana was:1-Ethylimidazole>2-Methylimidazole>1-Methylimidazole,and the reproductive toxicity to the second-generation Arabidopsis was: 2-Methylimidazole > 1-Ethylimidazole >1-Methylimidazole.In the first generation of Arabidopsis thaliana,except for1-Methylimidazole,which promoted the reproductive capacity of Arabidopsis thaliana,both2-Methylimidazole and 1-Ethylimidazole inhibited the reproductive yield of Arabidopsis thaliana;In the second generation,three imidazole compounds promoted the production of Arabidopsis thaliana.The above three imidazole compounds have an inhibitory effect on the production of free radicals in the first-generation Arabidopsis plants,and the indexes are slightly different depending on the type of the imidazole compound.The three imidazole compounds have a stimulating effect on the antioxidant substances in the first-generation Arabidopsis plants and vary with the concentration of imidazole compounds and plant parts. |
