Research On The Classified Administration Of Urban Domestic Waste In Quanzhou City

In recent years,with the development of economic level and the increase of urban population,the amount of household garbage generated in Quanzhou has increased sharply,and the pressure of garbage disposal has brought great challenges to urban administration in Quanzhou.It is imperative to carry out garbage classification.In August 2017,the implementation plan for the implementation of garbage classification in Quanzhou(2017-2020)was officially issued.In November 2017,Quanzhou launched the pilot work.The garbage classification in Quanzhou has just started.How the government can effectively manage it based on the actual situation of Quanzhou and fully play its role is extremely important.This paper uses literature research methods,comparative research methods,investigation methods and other research methods to specifically analyze the measures for providing institutional and financial security,extensive publicity and education formation atmosphere,introducing enterprise cooperation,and promoting facilities construction in the classification management of urban domestic waste in Quanzhou.Further explore the problems and main reasons in the garbage classification administration of Quanzhou City.We consider that the problems include low administrative efficiency,low actual participation of residents,improvement of service outsourcing efficiency,and lag in infrastructure construction.The main reason lies in the division of government functions,unreasonable and unsatisfactory management system,single propaganda method,lack of persistence and system,unsound market operation mechanism,and single source of funds.At the end of this paper,based on the successful experience of municipal garbage classification administration,combined with the actual situation of Quanzhou,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions: optimize the government management system,carry out long-term and systematic propaganda and guidance work,and provide preferential policies and access standards,improve infrastructure construction,and strive to provide reference for the garbage classification administration of Quanzhou.
