Study Of Emergency Evacuation In Urban Rail Transit Station

With the promotion of China's modernization process,urban rail transit system is undergoing a period of great construction and development.Urban rail transit system will become an important way of urban daily traveling and its security problem has been paid much attention.Compared with the rapid development of urban rail transit system,a perfect emergency management system needs to be established.Urban rail transit station is an area with large flow and concentrated distribution of occupants.It is a key issue that evaluating the emergency evacuation ability of metro station in emergency scientifically.Based on the theory of system security,the main factors causing the risk of emergency evacuation are summed up and analyzed in this paper.In accordance with the principle of the construction of evaluation index system,this paper established an evaluation index system of emergency evacuation risk in metro station.This evaluation index system is scientific,systematic,and strong operability,which includes five primary indexes: personnel,equipment performance,management level,environmental conditions and quantitative parameters.The method uses triangle fuzzy numbers to reflect bias and fuzziness when comparing the importance degree of indexes.Build fuzzy judgment matrix of qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes using expert-evaluating method and simulation method.Use the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method to determine the weight of evaluation indexes.Based on the constructed index system of risk evaluation,this paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the emergency evacuation risk of a subway station and get the emergency evacuation risk level of the subway station.The risk level can reflect the status of the safety status of emergency evacuation.Then,this paper put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the ability of emergency evacuation according to the evaluation results.The research provides the foundation for the safety management of urban rail transit station and fire management departments to carry out fire supervision and inspection and provides the guarantee to improve the ability of emergency evacuation.
