Research On The Evaluation Of Emergency Management Capability Of Power Supply Enterprises

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the productivity level of our country,the level of social and economic development has been significantly improved,and the requirements for the quality of life of the people are also getting higher and higher while they are rich.As an infrastructure that supports the lifeblood of the country's economy,electricity has already served all areas of economic and social development,and social development is becoming more and more dependent on electricity and demands for power reliability and quality are constantly improving.It will cause serious economic losses,bad social impacts,and even public panic and threat to national security.Therefore,how to take effective measures to improve the emergency disposal capacity of power enterprises to avoid the occurrence of large-scale power outages is the main problem of power enterprises.The traditional emergency handling work of electric power enterprises focuses on emergency response at the time of an accident and emergency recovery assessment after an accident,that is,emergency rescue work afterwards.At this time,the improvement of emergency handling capacity is constantly summarized during the emergency handling of large-scale power outages.The effects are obvious,but the costs are enormous and unacceptable.The modern emergency response capacity pays more attention to prevention in advance.Through scientific and reasonable emergency response capacity assessment work,problems and shortcomings in power emergency response capacity building are promptly identified,and pre-control measures are formulated in advance to improve emergency response capacity.In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of large-scale power outages.Taking the emergency response ability of power grid enterprises as the research object,in the analysis of the security and stability of the operation of the power grid facing problems and challenges,the paper draws the accident lesson that the emergency disposal work of power grid enterprises should move forward.After completing the knowledge of emergency theory,a system of emergency ability evaluation indicators for power supply enterprises was established,including 4first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators,and 32 tertiary indicators.Based on the analysis of the current situation of emergency capability evaluation,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index calculation model based on hierarchical analysis is proposed.Finally,taking A power supply enterprise as an example,the evaluation work of emergency ability is organized,and the evaluation conclusion and validation evaluation model are drawn,which provides a reference basis for the evaluation study of emergency ability of power supply enterprises in the future.
