Al Li alloy has low density,high strength,good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.So Al Li alloy has been widely concerned by the aviation industry,and has been widely used in modern aircraft.However,because of its high strength and hardness,Al Li alloy is difficult to form.In the design of the C919 aircraft,the forming difficulty of the Al Li alloy greatly limits its use.So the research on the processing technology of Al Li alloy is of great significance.In this paper,2196-T8511 and 2099-T83 of two aluminum lithium alloy as the research object,study the forming process of heat sink.The stress-strain curves of the materials under different temperatures are obtained by using the standard tensile test at different temperatures.Under different temperature hardness and elongation rate based on the research,establish the best heat sink of the forming temperature range.Based on the commercial finite element software simulation PAMSTAMP,different temperature on subsidence forming force distribution and the amount of springback were studied in the process of stress is analyzed.Use the site of the cold pressure forming and hot forming contrast stamping experiments,clear the aluminum lithium alloys can only use heat sink and may not use cold pressed subsidence,and also validates the validity of the finite element model is established.Through the study of simulation and field tests,draw materials sinking springback law,take theoretical research in the die springback compensative design.In the end,the theoretical research on the springback compensation of the die surface is carried out.
