With the continuous development of coal mine belt conveyor has become an indispensable part of the underground transportation of coal mine.If there is a failure of the belt conveyor,will affect the belt conveyor belt conveyor,the production of the coal mine has a great impact,will give a lot of economic losses.In all the supporting equipment of belt conveyor,if the belt is torn,the problem is very serious,so it is very important to ensure the reliable operation of the belt.This article is based on coal mine for belt conveyor speed state tape check of the demand,the valve controlled variable speed coupling under the low speed condition of operation for a long time design to ab ControlLogix 5000 Series PLC as the core of the control system,the preparation of the a Voith coupler slow motion state of the fuzzy control program.First of all,this paper from belt conveyor is widely used,hydraulic coupling development at home and abroad now starting on belt conveyor speed test with functional importance.Followed by the speed control principle of Voith is analyzed,and then deduced the Voith coupler slow motion state kinetics model and thermodynamic model.Because the hydraulic coupling with nonlinear,time variability andhysteresis characteristics,the traditional control method can not meet the control requirements.Fuzzy control has the characteristics of the complexity of the simplified system design,especially for the control of nonlinear,time-varying,lagging and model incomplete system.In this paper,through the design of fuzzy controller gradually,finally obtains the output coupling speed fuzzy control table.Secondly,in the MATLAB software combined with push derived Voith coupling model simulation,to verify the rationality of the design of fuzzy control rules.In the end,the PLC module is selected,and the fuzzy control program is completed.The experimental results show that the effect of fuzzy control is better than the traditional control method,and the stability of Forit is satisfied.
