The underground belt conveyor transportation system is one of the most important control links of coal mines.At present,most of China's mining belt conveyors operate at constant speed.During the control process,the belt speed is not good with the coal volume.The matching,and the belt speed is not adjusted in time,causing the belt conveyor to often appear unstable or jitter during the starting and running process,resulting in reduced work efficiency.In order to ensure safe,efficient and reliable operation of the belt conveyor transport system,improving the performance of the downhole belt conveyor control system is of great significance for safe production,especially for the power distribution and intelligent belt speed adjustment of the belt conveyor drive motor science.The improvement of the intelligent management level of coal mine automation and the improvement of energy-saving and efficient operation are very significant.In this study,the overall structure of the belt conveyor is analyzed in depth,and the centralized control mode of the system is taken as the core.The starting acceleration curve,driving power,tension and power tracking balance of the belt conveyor are further analyzed.S7-is selected.The 300 type PLC is the core of the improved automatic control system of the single belt conveyor.The ideal acceleration curve of the belt conveyor and the power balance strategy based on the master-slave control are given.According to the actual operation of the belt conveyor,it is difficult to use mathematical models to comprehensively describe its dynamic characteristics,combined with diversified technologies,including typical programmable control technology,modern sensor technology,etc.The MATLAB software was used to design the speed-based fuzzy control.A set of mine belt conveyor energy reduction optimization and intelligent control system was completed,and the system automatic control and the situation without speed adjustment were compared and analyzed.After the experimental research,the automatic control device designed in this study realizesthe goal of speed adjustment of the combined coal volume during the smooth start and operation of the belt conveyor,which can play a smoothing effect on the speed and current,and can reduce the overall to a certain extent.Energy consumption.The system has been successfully used in the main shaft belt conveyor of a mine in Shaanxi Yushen Coal Company for more than one year.The actual operation shows that the belt conveyor can be reliably started and operated,and the ideal energy-saving effect is achieved to meet its use.Various requirements.
