As the country's support policies for general aviation increased,general aviation has developed rapidly,but the resulting safety problems and exposed safety hazards have gradually increased.Safety has always been the bottom line of aviation development,and safety issues are also important issues in the development of aviation.Only by balancing the relationship between safety and development and on the basis of ensuring operational safety can we promote the further development of general aviation.Compared with transport aviation,the general aviation aircraft has many types,the operating environment is complex,and the safety supervision is backward.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the operational safety of each link.In order to improve the safety level of general aviation,this paper constructs a framework system of general aviation safety risk analysis,and studies general aviation influencing factors,general aviation risk prediction and general aviation safety risk control,including the following contents:Firstly,this paper systematically discusses the difference between general aviation and transportation aviation.Through the general aviation safety operation data,it analyzes the four security pressures currently faced by general aviation — high operational risk,imperfect laws and regulations,safety regulation to be standardized,and insufficient safety management professionals.Secondly,from the five aspects of "human-machine-environment-management-other",the risk influencing factors of general aviation are studied,and the corresponding analysis method is used to extract the intrinsic relationship between these influencing factors and the quarter.Compared with the unity analysis,linking the two together can better describe the general aviation risk rules.Thirdly,deep learning can better mine the implicit information inside the data to map the nonlinear relationship between input and output.Therefore,the sparse de-noising auto-encoder model in the deep learning algorithm predicts the risk of general aviation.By way of example,the built SDAE model can make a more accurate prediction of general aviation risk than other models.Finally,this paper uses the extension method to judge the risk level of the general aviation "human-machine-environment-management-other" five aspects,and according to the risk level of five factors combined with the results of the corresponding analysis in Chapter 3,the risk control strategy is proposed in a targeted manner.The research in this paper provides tools for predicting and controlling general aviation risks through data analysis,and provides decision support for strengthening general aviation safety management.
