As the node of general aviation operation,general aviation airports is the important foundation and premise of general aviation development,and it plays an important role in the development of China economy and public utilities.The research of safety risk in general aviation airports could confirm the risk influencing factors of general aviation airports in China currently,and propose one evaluation and analysis method of risk influencing factors.The research of safety risk can reduce the risks in the operation of general aviation airports,promoting the sustainable development of general aviation airports.With the continuous construction and development of general aviation airports,the pressure of safety supervision in general aviation airports is increasing,and the need of safety risk management in general aviation airports is gradually emerging.The purpose of this article is to analysis the current situation of typical general aviation airports' safety risks in China,be aware of their safety risk influencing factors and find a set of safety risk evaluation method suiting the current operation situation of general aviation airports in China.This study could help general aviation airports reduce risk levels of scientifically and effectively,also make general aviation airports operation safely and favorably.It plays a positive role in promoting general aviation airports in China to improve their safety level.In the first instance,the accidents and incidents related to general aviation airports from 2010 to 2018 have been screened and counted,and a database of general aviation airports accidents and incidents has been set up.Through analysing the database,the safety risk influencing factors in general aviation airports were identified.Then we confirmed the key influencing factors by using grey correlation analysis method.Secondly,based on the study of safety risk management method of abroad general aviation airports,and combining the characteristics of operation and management in typical general aviation airports in China,safety risk influencing factors are adjusted to confirm all the evaluation indicators are comprehensive and reasonable.Then the indicators are classified into 5 supporting subsystem : flight supporting subsystem,air traffic controller supporting subsystem,air defence supporting subsystem,safety information supporting subsystem and operation supporting subsystem.Finally,based on the grey clustering evaluation method,taking risk influencing factors as indicators,the safety risk evaluation system is constructed to evaluate risk influencing factors in general aviation airports.This evaluation system can be used for safety risk analysis and evaluation of general aviation airports,and could determine the safety risk key influencing factors in the actual operation and management process of general aviation airports.And the safety suggestions and measures to the influencing factors could be presented based on the evaluation result.This method of the safety risk management for general aviation airports in China is helpful to risk management and control of general aviation airports,and provide one new idea for improving the safety level and the safety supervision of general aviation airports in China.
