With the increasing investment in scientific research,automatic control technology has been continuously applied in the field of industrial production and manufacturing,which has played a positive role in promoting economic development.The traditional batching process has problems such as long batching time,low precision,complicated management,and unclear information interaction.For some companies,their formulations have extremely high commercial value,and it may cause huge economic losses without meticulously keeping the formations in secrecy.This paper takes the automatic batching system project commissioned by a winery in Harbin as the research object,and provides a complete set of production solutions according to the brewing production process and index requirements.Based on the actual situation of the brewing ingredients production process,a two-stage weighing and batching platform was designed.Considering the operating environment of the equipment,a two-level computer system consisting of the PLC and the host computer was finally determined to complete the contro l issues of the entire production.Aimed at concrete needs,the core controller chosen is the S7-200 smart.In terms of communication,industrial Ethernet and RS-485 bus are selected to complete data transmission and control commands given.The host computer adopts wincc to configure and program the Siemens 1000 IE touch screen to realize the visualization and automation of the production process.The design of the whole batching system adopts t he idea of modularity,making the whole equipment embraces strong robustness.The hardware is mainly composed of weighing module,power supply system,variable frequency speed control system,material level collection and actuator.According to the requirements of the batching process and the ingredients index,the paper qualitatively analyzes the dynamic process of loading and discharging,and presents the main factors affecting the accuracy.Combined with the traditional feeding algorithm,a high-precision control scheme is designed.The dynamic quenching method is adopted in the final titration stage of the feeding,the iterative control is used to estimate the final residual material and hardware as well as software solution schemes are given respectively in terms of the electromagnetic compatibility issues that actually exist.The batching system has been putting into production and application,and is running steadily.This system has characteristics such as simple operation,high batching precision,formula storage encryption,fault diagnosis,power failure protection,steady operation,short cycle and low noise.It can realize monitoring and control of the batching process,which can greatly promotes the batching efficiency e and meets the needs of customers.At the same time,the system embraces strong versatility.For different brewing processes,a slight correction can be done to adapt different products,which has great practical value and provides a good example for similar enterprises.
