In the management of soil pollution, it is neccessary to collect the contaminated soil. The pneumatic collecting machinery of negative pressure absorbing is one of the most effective equipments to collect the contaminated soil. A pneumatic collecting experiment platform has been established for carrying out the research of technological parameters of pneumatic collection soil. In this paper, the control technology of the experimental platform is studied in the background of the development of the pneumatic experimental platform and the implement of relevant technological experiments. The control system of a set of pneumatic collection experimental platform is developed, which provides a reliable technical support for some pneumatic collecting experiments. The main work of this paper are as follows:1)The scheme of the control system is designed for the experimental platform. The scheme is divided into data collection module, suction port control module and air volume control module on the basis of function requirement and technology experiment needs of the experimental platform. The implementation method of each module is studied respectively, and the corresponding hardware system is designed. This paper provides some theoretical analysis of the precision of time delay and air volume control of the system.2)The high-precision time delay control technology in Windows is studied, which achieves accurate control of suction port position. This paper analyzes the characteristics and mechanisms of the three time delay method, which are Timer control?Sleep() function and GetTickCount() function. Establish time delay precision experiment platform, and carry out the delay precision experiment. The experimental results show that the delay precision of three methods are respectively 16ms?13ms?12ms, which can not meet the requirements of the time delay precision of the system. In order to realize high-precision time delay using conventional methods in a more economic way, the high-precision time delay method is studied in Windows, and a time delay idea which is based on high-precision performance counter is proposed. A delay algorithm which is on the basis of high-precision performance counter is designed. Finally, the delay precise experiment is carried out with this time delay method. The experimental result indicates that the time delay method can achieve less than 10 microseconds, which is much higher than the previous three methods, and thus well meet the requirements of the delay accuracy of the system.3)The pneumatic collection experimental platform control system software is developed. A set of pneumatic collection experimental platform control system software is developed by the object-oriented programing tool Delphi7.0. The PCI bus technology and serial communication technology are used respectively in software development, and many functions of the experimental platform are achieved such as real-time monitoring of the state parameters, a suction system profiling delay control, and inverter control etc.4) The pneumatic collection experimental platform control system is tested and verified by the use of some relevant pneumatic collecting experiments, including the experiment of pneumatic collection technology and some inter-relation experiment of pneumatic collection parameters. The accuracy and reliability of the control system are verified by experiments, and acquire pneumatic collection theoretical knowledge, and thus ahchieve a rather good effect on application.Finally,conbining the follow-up work, the further research direction of this control system is proposed, which includes the control of mechanical arm, the development of portable control module and the study of the capacity of anti-interference etc.
