The use of explosives in modern warfare has made people aware of the enormous damage and lethality of explosives.Therefore,many scholars at home and abroad have devoted themselves to the study of the performance of explosives.High-energy polymer explosives(PBX),which are widely used in modern defense,aerospace and other fields,are often affected by external factors in their production,transportation and use.These influencing factors have a great correlation with the mechanical properties of PBX materials.Due to the particularity of PBX explosives,the experiment will consume a lot of human and material resources.Therefore,finite element simulation has been favored by scholars at home and abroad.The main research object of this paper is PBX explosives.Firstly,according to the characteristics of PBX explosives,the appropriate PBX constitutive model is selected to carry out finite element simulation of PBX.The simulation analysis is carried out under the load of force and heat coupling,and the simulation results under PBX force and heat coupling are obtained.Establish a constitutive model of PBX thermo-coupling.Secondly,the paper makes a scientific improvement on the constitutive model based on the experimental results.The SHPB was used to carry out the force-thermal coupling loading experiment of PBX materials,and the experimental data under the coupling of force and heat was obtained.Starting from the experimental data,using the mathematical principles of science,improving the PBX constitutive model.The parameters of the improved PBX constitutive model can be determined one by one based on experimental data.An improved PBX constitutive model relation is established.Finally,this paper uses neural network prediction to predict the constitutive relationship of the PBX constitutive model.The accuracy of the neural network prediction results is verified.In addition,the agreement between the experimental results and the simulation results was also examined.Thus,the correctness of the PBX constitutive model improvement is proved.A method for combining PBX constitutive relations with simulation and neural network prediction is provided.Has a certain practical value.
