In recent years,with the increasing standard of smoke and dust emission and the stricter impact of environmental protection policy,the output voltage of general power and high frequency electrostatic precipitation power supply is DC high voltage,which can no longer meet the requirements of dust removal efficiency and energy saving index with high specific resistance.The output voltage of electrostatic precipitation pulse power supply is DC superimposed pulse form,which can effectively suppress.The above characteristics determine that ESP pulse power supply is an ideal power supply mode for ESP.It has application prospects in dust removal and flue gas purification.It is a major technological innovation of ESP power supply and a development trend of ESP power supply.This paper studies and designs a high-power pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation.The main research contents are as follows:1.The pulse generation principle of pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation is studied.The expressions of the voltage of each component on the primary side of the pulse and the pulse current and voltage of the primary circuit,as well as the expressions of the pulse voltage,the pulse current and the pulse power on the ESP are calculated and deduced,and the accuracy of the expressions is verified by simulation.2.The overall structure of the power circuit of the pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation is studied.Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the power supply circuit,the detailed parameters of the power device are calculated and the selection of the power device is determined.The selection of the pulse pre-circuit and the pulse generator circuit is mainly calculated and determined.3.The overall structure of the control circuit of the pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation is studied and analyzed.Under the condition that the pulse electrostatic precipitator power supply can work normally,the main control board based on DSP and FPGA is designed.The possible faults of the pulse electrostatic precipitator power supply are analyzed,and the analog and digital signal processing boards are designed.4.The software program of the pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation and electrostatic precipitation is designed.The principle of PWM wave generation and ADC sampling based on TMS320F28335 is analyzed,the power protection system is designed,the software algorithm for fast fault type judgment is designed,and the software for spark processing is designed in detail according to the spark principle.5.Aiming at the problem of abnormally changeable load state of ESP and difficulty in modeling of pulse high frequency power supply system,a control method of pulse high frequency power supply based on feature modeling is proposed.This method combines the performance index of the pulse high frequency dust removal power supply,uses the error class characteristic quantity to carry on the characteristic modeling,and realizes the accurate control of the output voltage of the pulse power supply for electrostatic precipitation and electrostatic precipitation.
