Adsorption separation is widely used in chemical production,bio-pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries due to its low cost,simple operation and use conditions,and recycling of adsorbents.The efficient and convenient separation of target products from the mixture is an important indicator of the performance of the adsorbent.With the continuous exploration of human scientific research activities,more and more efficient adsorbents have been successfully manufactured and put into use.A?complexation adsorbent is one of them.The?complexation adsorption material has good application practice in the purification and separation of mixed gas components.In recent years,with the discovery and application of new materials?metal organic frameworks,MOFs?with high specific surface area and large pore volume,researchers use surface-modified MOFs as carriers to preparing adsorbents for different applications.The purpose of this thesis is to prepare a complex adsorbent based on metal-organic framework materials,and to adsorb and separate the mixture of ethylene and ethane,carbon monoxide and nitrogen and hydrogen.MIL-101 is a very suitable carrier material,which generally has a specific surface area of nearly 3000 m2·g-1 and a pore volume of 1.6 cm3·g-1.First,MIL-101 was synthesized,and a silver nitrate solution was introduced by a double solvent method to uniformly disperse a single layer of silver nitrate in MIL-101.Calcination was carried out in an inert gas Ar atmosphere to obtain Ag@MIL-101-DS.Material characterization tests were performed by XRD,XPS,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,and the like.The adsorption test of ethylene and ethane was carried out by an adsorption instrument,and the separation selectivity was calculated using an ideal solution theory system?IAST?.At 25? and 100 kPa,the adsorption capacity of pure MIL-101 for ethylene is 48.1 cm3·g-1,and the adsorption amount for ethane is 45.1cm3·g-1.The pure MIL-101 has no separation performance for ethylene and ethane.The adsorption capacity of 160Ag@MIL-101 for ethylene is 75.5 cm3·g-1,and the adsorption amount for ethane is 21.5 cm3·g-1.Cu?I?-modified Cu/Fe@MIL-101 was prepared by loading CuCl2·2H2O and FeCl2·4H2O on MIL-101 by a double solvent method.The Cu/Fe@MIL-101 was tested for separation of CO and N2 and H2 mixed gases.At 25? and 100 kPa,the adsorption capacity of pure MIL-101 for CO is 12.2 cm3·g-1,the adsorption amount for H2 is 0.8cm3·g-1,and the adsorption amount for N2 is 5.2 cm3·g-1.The adsorption capacity of2.5Cu/2.5Fe@MIL-101 for CO is 34.2 cm3·g-1,the adsorption amount for H2 is 3.0cm3·g-1,and the adsorption amount for N2 is 3.5 cm3·g-1.
