Glass surfaces are often attached to water droplets,suffering surface damage and contamination.Therefore,the preparation of high hydrophobic surface is significant for improving the self-cleaning and self-protection properties of the glass material.In this paper,a high hydrophobic coating was prepared on the glass surface by using chemical etching-low surface energy material modification method and organic polymer/inorganic particle composite method.The microstructure of the glass surface along with the attached coating was observed by scanning electron microscope.The angle measuring instrument was employed to measure the contact angle and rolling angle of water droplets on the glass surface as well as the coating.The transmittance and reflectance measurement of the sample was detected by the ultraviolet-near infrared spectrophotometer,and the mechanism of the phenomenon was analyzed.The main research contains the following:?1?Firstly,the fluorosilicone resin toluene solution was used for coating,and the related properties of the preparation process and resin coating were analyzed.The effects of resin concentration,drying temperature,drying time and soaking time on the surface wettability of the coating were investigated,and the optical properties of the sample and water resistance were tested.The results show that the contact angle of the glass sample coated with fluorosilicone resin can reach 109.5°,while the contact angle of white glass is only 46.3°;the hydrophobic performance after coating is obviously improved.Durability tests on samples with a resin concentration of 25%showed that after 30 days in the working environment,the maximum transmittance was only 0.09%lower than that of the freshly coated samples,maintaining good optical properties.?2?The organic polymer/inorganic particle composite method was used to combine the modified nano-SiO2 and the fluorosilicone resin to prepare a coating having high hydrophobic properties and light transmittance.For a system with a resin concentration of25%,when the concentration of nano-SiO2 is 0.05 mol/L,the contact angle of the sample surface reaches 136.8°,which has good hydrophobic properties and a certain anti-reflection effect.Durability test shows that after 30 days of durability in the working environment,the maximum transmission is 93.39%,which is 0.14%lower than freshly coated sample,and still maintains a high transmittance.?3?A superhydrophobic coating was prepared on the surface of the glass substrate by chemical etching-low surface energy substance modification method.When the concentration of the KOH solution was 1 mol/L,the etching temperature was 80°C,and the etching time was 150 min,the glass surface produces a dense porous sheet structure.The surface of the superhydrophobic coating has a contact angle of 155°±2°and a rolling angle of about 7°.The prepared superhydrophobic coating has an antireflective optical property with a maximum transmittance of 97.2%.In the working environment,after 30 days of durability testing,the contact angle of the hydrophobic coating was only reduced by 3.3°compared to freshly coated sample,and the maximum transmission was only decreased by 0.8%.
