Glass is an inorganic nonmetallic material with high transparency,high hardness and good chemical stability.In recent years,combined with the development of surface treatment technology,the surface treatment and modification of glass has gradually become a hot topic in glass research.In this paper,the glass surface was treated and modified by the combination of chemical etching and coating treatment.Chemical etching of glass before coating can make up for the deficiency of coated glass in the use process or improve the original performance.In this paper,nano-porous layers and micron-sized pits were prepared on the surface of glass by chemical etching,and the optical properties of glass after chemical etching were analyzed.The hydrophobic film with low surface energy was prepared on the surface of glass with nano-porous structure,and the hydrophobicity and weatherability of the film were studied.In addition,Ti O2 film was plated on the surface of glass with micron-grade pit structure to study the influence of micron-grade pit structure on the adhesion and catalytic performance of the film.In the first part of this study,a kind of antireflection and hydrophobic glass was prepared by chemical etching of the glass surface.Firstly,the surface of ordinary sodium-calcium-silicon glass was chemically etched by alkali solution to prepare the nano-porous structure layer,and the visible light transmittance was increased from 90.1%to 97.8%.The hydrophobic film layer was prepared by using the hydrophobic property of triethoxysilane(C14H19F13O3Si)modified on the nano-porous structure of the glass surface.The antireflection and hydrophobic glass was characterized by SEM,EDS,FT-IR and other test methods.The results show that the visible light transmittance of glass can be effectively improved by surface nano-porous structure layer.After hydrophobic coating treatment,the porous nano-surface can graft more fluorine-containing organic functional groups than the surface of the smooth glass sheet,and the water contact Angle is also significantly improved.The results show that the visible light transmittance and water contact Angle of antireflection and hydrophobic glass do not decrease obviously after the simulation experiment of acid,alkali and uv resistance.In the second part,the glass was etched on the surface with HF as the main etching acid,and the micron-level pit structure was obtained.Micron pits create a"trap structure"on the surface of the glass,which increases the visible light transmittance of the glass by0.7%,and the surface area and roughness of glass surface are improved compared with that of ordinary glass.Therefore,Ti O2 film with photocatalytic function was plated on the uneven glass surface to improve the performance of the film.AFM,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,scratch tester and other testing methods were used to characterize the properties of glass surface with micron pit structure and coated film.The test results show that the micron pits can increase the membrane area and improve the catalytic rate of the membrane layer,increase the surface roughness,and produce a mechanical effect to facilitate the combination of the membrane layer and the glass surface,the binding force between Ti O2 film and glass was increased by about 1 times.
