With the continuous development of social economy, the demand of oil is becoming larger and larger, and the resulting water pollution is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, the treatment of petroleum wastewater has attracted extensive attention. However, due to the three major characteristics of petroleum wastewater:high COD,high toxicity and difficult degradation, traditional treatment methods have shown a series of limitations.amorphous alloys, which have unique structure and atomic arrangement, own a higher chemical reactivity than traditional crystalline materials, and have great application prospects in catalytic degradation.Since 2010,more and more research on the degradation of wastewater by amorphous alloys has opened up a new direction of amorphous alloys in the field of functional materials. However, the main research has only stayed in the laboratory-made simulated waste by now.How to apply amorphous alloys to the treatment of wastewater such as industrial petroleum is an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,the influence of environmental factors such as temperature,ph,catalyst dosage and H2O2 concentration on the degradation of petroleum wastewater by Fe78Si9B13amorphous ribbon was studied, and the optimum technological conditions were found. It was found that the removal rate of COD could reach 80%under the optimum external conditions. Then, the effect of current density on the degradation performance of Fe78Si9B13amorphous ribbon was further investigated. It was found that the removal rate of COD could reach 90%under the optimum current at 5mA/cm2.The results show that Fe78Si9B13amorphous strip has good catalytic degradation performance. The initial COD of petroleum wastewater can be reduced to about 150 mg/L within 30 minutes under the optimum conditions.A Fe78Si9B13 amorphous network coating with high stability and less by-products has been prepared, which extends the application of amorphous alloy in wastewater treatment. In order to further increase the degradation rate, the strip was processed by laser scanning, bonding Fe78Si9B13 amorphous strip to copper foil to form a multi-layer drum structure, etc. Then the amorphous network coating Fe78Si9B13 was prepared. It was found that the degradation rate and efficiency of the network coating were poor, but there were better stability and fewer by-products.The multi-layer drum structure has good stability and good application prospects.
