The GeoRobot deformation monitoring system is one of the important support system of mine safety production. It has been widely used in mine slope monitoring. In addition, it may produce various types of abnormal events in the process of slope monitoring. The correlation of monitoring data with abnormal events will help to discover the deformation anomaly of slope and analyze the deformation law of slope. At present, with the rapid development of computer network technology and communication technology, geographic information system’s service scope and service domain are more and more widespread. Therefore, based on geographic information service technology and Georobot deformation monitoring system to implement emergency service software which can realize the browsing and operation of mining map, the unified query and process analysis of the monitoring data, the visual expression of the monitoring data and the emergency services of the ground disaster, will provide an important reference value for the mine slope ground disaster emergency command.This paper summarizes the current research status of automatic deformation monitoring system for mine slope, geographic information service technology and mine emergency service system, and analyzes the characteristics of the GeoRobot monitoring data. It studies abnormal events of slope monitoring which are classified as monitoring point abnormal events, monitoring line abnormal events, profile line abnormal events and slope sub region abnormal events. The monitoring points are clustered according to the accumulated deformation and the deformation velocity of the monitoring points.On the based of this, it studies the correlation analysis between monitoring data and abnormal events.The paper researches the key technology of emergency service software for mine slope, including geographic information service technology and dashboard visualization technology. It studies the characteristics, interface design and development control of the dashboard visualization and introduce the type of the dashboard chart, such as the pointer type dashboard, the calendar diagram, the mixing diagram, the scatter diagram, and so on.According to the design objectives and principles of emergency service software, the paper uses typical three layer architecture to design the overall structure and function of the software. Based on GIS software platform, it uses PHP scripting language to implement emergency service software and realizes five function modules, including call and operation of mine map services, realtime monitoring of GeoRobot, analysis of monitoring data, visualization of monitoring data and emergency services for abnormal events. This softwere will support the efficient and safe production of mine.
