Study On Application Of Blast Furnace Gas Bag Dedusting Technology

With the development of modern technology,a higher requirement has been put forward for iron-making equipment and process in iron and steel enterprises.Bag dust removal technology is applied in blast furnace gas.Firstly,the production of blast furnace gas is studied by the principle of iron oxide reduction reaction,and the characteristics of blast furnace gas are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of these processes are compared from the aspects of investment,land occupation,water-saving electricity,labor,energy saving and environmental protection.The dust removal mechanism of blast furnace gas is studied.Secondly,the defects of the current dust removal process in this enterprise are analyzed,such as poor backblowing effect,high energy consumption,low filtration wind speed,poor safety performance and poor filtration effect.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the factors influencing the effect of blast furnace gas dedusting are ash cleaning effect,injection quality,gas temperature,filter bag quality,leak detection method,filter load,instrument failure,equipment defects and soon.Third,the bag dust removal process includes five units: gas safety temperature control unit,ash discharge unit,bag dust removal unit,ash conveying unit and semi-clean gas pipeline unit.Bag type dust removal unit is the design focus of this part,including the choice of the way of dust discharge and transportation,the adaptability of the filter cloth,the way of filtering and the way of air intake,etc.Aiming at the phenomenon of top gas emission,the solution of pressure equalization recovery is put forward.Fourthly,the practical application benefit of bag dust removal is analyzed from three aspects of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental protection benefit.The calculation shows that the annual direct economic benefit of bag dust removal is about 8 million yuan.It can reduce about 10 tons of dust discharged into the atmosphere every year,and effectively reduce the amount of sulfur dioxide discharged into the air,which can be saved annually.Figure13;Table6;Reference 60...
