In recent years,as the gradually deepening of global natural gas exploration and development,a growing number of deep-sea gas field,marginal small gas fields,associated gas field was discovered.According to statistics,the reserves of natural gas that has been proven by ocean is about 60 × 1012m3,which account for about 1/3 of the world's natural gas reserves.However,with respect to the onshore natural gas,the development of offshore natural gas is facing enormous challenges.The traditional offshore gas development using the model that construction of fixed platforms at sea.And provide treatment facilities on the platform to process natural gas,such as separation,dehydration,compression,etc.Finally transport to land sales by sub sea pipeline.But for marginal gas fields or deep-sea gas field that far from offshore,the traditional model has difficulty in implementation due to the fixed platforms and high investment of sub sea pipelines.The Floating LNG production,storage and offloading unit is attracting more and more attention because of the advantages such as low investment,short construction period,reusable.And now it has become a national development emerging technologies.So the China National Offshore Oil Corporation puts a lot of manpower and resources to research on natural gas and liquefied.and built natural gas liquefaction plant in Zhuhai at December 2008,which can make technical preparations for FLNG.The natural gas liquefaction process require cryogenic to about-162 ?,then natural gas from the gas into liquid.The natural gas requires pretreatment removal of acid gases,water and impurities before entering the liquefaction.To avoid icing plugging of equipment and piping.Therefore,liquefied natural gas must be pretreated purification before liquefaction.This article is on the basis of analysis of reaction principle that MDEA alcohol amine solvent and CO2 and introduction of decarburization process and decarburization process in gas purification.And simulated by HYSYS to aided optimization.Then identified many important process parameters in gas pretreatment of natural gas liquefaction plant in Zhuhai,which is the first project of depth decarburization of CNOOC,such as decarburization process,solvent ratio,select the tower,the height of the weir plate and absorber operating temperature,the temperature of the reboiler,amine circulation rate,etc.And proposed related optimization measures to reference for natural gas liquefaction plant and foundation for research of FLNG.
