Die-casting machine is an important equipment for die-casting.The control system based on ARM is small in volume,high in frequency and strong in real-time,which is widely used in various fields.This paper introduces electro-hydraulic proportional control technology,ARM and touch screen into the traditional die-casting machine,realize its automation and intellectualization.The main process parameters are controlled in closed loop to improve the quality and production efficiency.Through the research on the development and technology of die casting machine,the requirement of intelligent control system is analyzed,the research scheme of the subject is determined,and the hydraulic control loop is adjusted.Selection of continuous step-less control of die-casting parameters by proportional control valve.Through the comparison of various control modes,the control system based on ARM is studied,and the system composition and the interface of forward and backward channels are completed.The touch screen provides a good man-machine interface for die-casting machine,which can conveniently set,modify and display die-casting parameters,and provides operators with a way to intuitively understand the working status of die-casting machine,which is convenient to extend and upgrade the system when meeting the requirements of die-casting machine system.The inverse control algorithm of parameters is studied for the nonlinear problem of die casting machine system.The inverse control algorithm model of speed and pressure in rapid stage was established,and the simulation was completed.There are many interfering factors in the working process of die-casting machine.The anti-interference measures of hardware and software are adopted for the control system to make the die-casting machine work more stable and reliable.In the process of software implementation,modular programming is adopted to make programming simple and function easy to implement.The hardware and software of intelligent system for die-casting machine are studied in this paper.The feasibility of the inverse control algorithm is verified by simulation.The research is of great significance to the intelligent control of die-casting machine.Figure 47;Table 4;Reference 50.
