| The waterborne acrylic resin includes an acrylic resin emulsion,an aqueous acrylic resin dispersion and an aqueous acrylic resin solution.Although the acrylic resin emulsion contains a lower VOC,its coating film has shortcomings in water resistance and medium resistance.Therefore,it is modified by the organosilicon that has excellent hydrophobicity.The WAR resin emulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymerization,and the influence of various factors on the performance of the resin emulsion was investigated.The results showed that the pre-emulsion was preparation by SDS,OP-10 and acrylic acid monomer,and added separately with the APS in order to obtain a stable blue seed emulsion.Further research found that when the SDS and OP-10 ranged from 1.5%to2.0%,the SDS to OP-10 ranged from 20:10 to 10:10,and the temperature was 80°C,the MMA to BA was 13:10-8:10,the AA was 1%,and the APS was 0.15%0.3%,the WAR emulsion has a better comprehensive performance.Infrared spectroscopy results show that acrylic monomers MMA,BA and AA were participated in the polymerization.O-WAR emulsion was synthesized by adding different kinds of organosiloxanes.The results showed that its coating film has lower water absorption and stronger resistance to media.After adding KH-570,its coating film had a better acid resistance and had a better alkali resistant after adding A-151.The best formula was 2%of silicone,8:10 of KH-570:A-151,1.5%of SDS+OP-10,1.2:1 of MMA:BA,0.2%of APS and 2:1of SDS:OP-10.The water-based anticorrosive coating was prepared.The results showed that the su-rface of the coating was smooth,the adhesion was 2,and the hardness reached 2H.The r-esin emulsion coating has a water resistance of 1?S2?,acid resistance of 2?S2?,alkali resis-tance of 1?S2?,and salt spray resistance of 2?S2?.Its medium resistance was better than th-at of commercially available emulsions.and had a great significance for metal protection.Figure35;Table27;Reference 73. |
