Viscose staple fiber,also known as man-made cotton,has the characteristics of good hygroscopicity and soft handfeel,and is commonly used in the manufacture of various types of clothing and decorative textiles.In the production of viscose staple fibers,cellulose needs to react with a high concentration of alkali to form alkali cellulose,followed by a large amount of waste alkali liquor with high COD and high turbidity will be produced.Continuous membrane alkali recovery technology is used to remove hemicellulose and macromolecular substances in waste alkali liquor,and thus realizes the widespread application of waste alkali recycling.Continuous membrane filtration technology is a new membrane treatment technology,with ultrafiltration membrane and hollow fiber microfiltration membrane as the processing core.Designed pre-treatment devices,self-cleaning devices,dosing devices,programmable controllers,etc.The constant pressure water supply and constant current control are realized by the automatic control unit,which improves the stability of the system.This project uses Foxboro's I/A Series control system,and the overall structure is layered using standard DCS.The design and configuration of constant pressure liquid supply,ratio flow ratio,pressure difference filter control mode,monitoring interface and historical data management.Adopting sequential control programming to realize system one-button start-stop function.Through the DCS control system,it realizes automatic unattended operation.After on-site debugging,it can meet the process control requirements proposed by the workshop,and has been put into production and use.Figure42;Table10;Reference 43...
