It has been more than a hundred years since the fibers industrial production,varieties of viscose fibers are constantly updated.The quality of viscose fibers especially the index which affect the loosening,carding,spinning efficiency and yarn quality needs to be further improved with the improvement of productivity.In order to increase spinning efficiency and speed,the feasibility of further improvement of fiber quality on the basis of analysis of spinning process was studied,and the production process of fiber products was optimized and adjusted to improve the quality of finished products.The requirements of spinning process for viscose fibers are mainly reflected in the uniformity of moisture regain,the difficulty of loosening in carding and spinning,tensile strength,and so on.This paper mainly studies the following aspects: firstly,improving the uniformity of moisture regain of fibers,remolding the nozzle and piping of cut-off system,adjusting wool flushing system and grooving system,optimizing the matching condition of air volume of drying system and exhaust air,ultimately,the deviation of moisture regain in single package of fibers is reduced to less than 2.5%,the consumption of drying steam can be reduced by about 0.1 tons/ton of fibers,the cost can be saved by about 3 million yuan,and better spinning trial effect can be achieved;Secondly,the friction performance of fibers and the fluffy effect in the package can be improved by exploring the oil agent,the number of carding equipment shutdown due to fiber caking can be reduced,the yarn defects such as coarse knot and fine knot on sliver are obviously reduced;furthermore,in order to improve the spinning efficiency and yarn strength,the technological parameters of spinning gum are deeply analyzed and studied,and the optimal control scheme for large yarn production is explored.The breaking strength of fibers is increased from 2.4 cn/dtex to more than 2.5 cn/dtex.The implementation of this experiment not only brings certain economic benefits to the viscose production enterprises,but also has significant social benefits.The improvement of the quality of finished products improves the market competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry,increases the risk resistance ability of the viscose production enterprises,and provides a useful reference for the design and construction of new single-line with larger production capacity in the future.Figure Thirteen;Table twenty-six;Reference fifty-four...
