The rural toilet revolution is an important link in the rural human settlements governance. It concerns the peasant's happy life and is a key link in building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is also an important part of realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Although the rural toilet revolution has achieved some achievement,it still faces many problems and challenges in the promotion process. This study takes 12 villages in Datun District of Liaoning Province as an example to study the problems existing in the transformation of rural toilets from the perspective of farmers.By analyzing the differences in the acceptance of toilets by farmers with different characteristics, this paper reveals the influencing factors of farmers' toilet reform. This paper firstly uses descriptive statistical analysis to summarize the current situation and existing problems of farmers' toilet reform, and compares the basic characteristics of farmers who have undergone toilet reform with the behavior of farmers' toilet reforms.Combined with Logistic binary regression analysis,it may affect farmers' toilet reform. The factors are used to verify the problems existing in the current rural toilet renovation and the influencing factors of the farmers' toilet reform behavior.Based on this, reasonable suggestions are proposed to promote the rural toilet renovation. In the survey,it was found that in the 12 villages surveyed, eight villages in Xi'an Town completed the toilet reform, and the three villages in Dongfeng Town were half-renovated in the village, and the other two villages did not undergo toilet reform.A village in Xinkai Town did not undergo toilet reform.Among the 205 samples,155 households have undergone toilet reforms.Among them,140 households expressed dissatisfaction with the new toilets and 127 households did not use the new toilets normally.Among the 50 farmers who did not undergo toilet reform,28 indicated that there was no corresponding policy in the village.Through descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that the identity of the cadres of the organs and the work of relatives in the organs will prompt the farmers to carry out the renovation of the toilets.Among the village cadres surveyed, the proportion of toilet reforms was 100%.The housing area and the government's policies will affect the behavior of farmers to carry out toilet reforms,of which 89.68% are due to the policy to promote toilet reform. In terms of farmers' ideological understanding, there are 35 people who are unwilling to carry out toilet reforms due to traditional concepts, accounting for 82% of the number of people who have not changed their toilets.47 people think that the toilet will affect people's health and make toilet changes.Logistic binary regression is used to calculate the age of the head ofthe household, the education level of the head of the household, whether the farmer has direct family members living in the city, the housing area, and the understanding between the toilet and the physical health of the person.influences.Through case analysis and descriptive analysis, this paper finds that although the proportion of farmers who have undergone toilet reform is relatively high, there are still problems such as imperfect infrastructure, relatively backward toilet reform technology, and imperfect supervision and management system. In the case,it was also found that if there were special groups such as the elderly, patients, children, etc.at home, the farmers would be prompted to carry out toilet reform.Combining the above-mentioned influencing factors and existing problems, the following countermeasures are proposed:strengthening the publicity of the toilet reform, comprehensively promoting the meaning and policies of the toilet reform;strengthening the driving force of party members and cadres;improving the toilet reform technology to improve the efficiency of rural toilet revolutionary governance. If the above measures can be effectively implemented,it will be better able to implement the "cleanliness of the village" proposed by the 19 th National Congress and realize the rural revitalization.
