With domestic advanced composite materials are widely used in the civil aircraft manufacturing process, the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC)issued by the airworthiness regulations about composite material manufacturing technology, manufacturing level and product quality requirements also is more and more clear. In accordance with the requirements for the latest airworthiness regulations, the domestic civil aircraft manufacturing technology of manufacturing enterprise of composite material structure and processing technology is still in the research and conformance verification phase,it is necessary to carry on the comprehensive research. At present,in the process of the new generation of civil aircraft, nose landing gear strut fairing, central wing hatch, the aircraft nose radome, vertical tail front and wing tips, cabin instrument confinement and tip winglet are made of the glass fiber reinforced composite materials, carbon fiber fabric reinforced composites,as well as foam sandwich composite material structure. This article in view of the civil aircraft winglet manufacturing characteristics of composite structures, use foreign aerospace companies such as Boeing composites in tip winglet application experience for reference,in the process of manufacturing of airworthiness management regulations of the materials, manufacturing methods and strength characters are studied. In addition, the sample level validation as used in the modular validation method, through the performance testing to verify the tip winglet composite structure for the current airworthiness compliance of regulatory requirements.
