In the past over two decades,the Cable-net structure is widely used in bridges,architectural engineerings including buildings,and space antenna folding in the aerospace field,etc.The structure has many advantages of high contraction ratio,lightweight and soft,in the stretching state,can withstand lateral load,which is favored of by engineers.With the widely application of the Cable-net,the requirements for the accuracy of the cable net structure are put forward more and more.The error of rope length affects the Cable-net structure of each node in the actual stable position,which affects the performance of Cable net in engineering application.As the rapid development of the sensor technology,control technology,manufacturing production technology,cutting machine occupies a pivotal position in the field of industrial production application.But the research results for the cutting equipment of Cable-net are few,the length error of the flexible cable net structure mainly comes from the manufacturing error in the process of cutting ropes themselves.How to effectively and high actually cut line is very important.In this paper,the design of the Cable-net line cutting system is based on ARM + FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)motion controller technology,which is a special equipment.It can be finished under different tension of high efficiency and precision of cutting line.Firstly,this paper expounds the overall design principles and mechanism design of cutting line system;Secondly,we finish the motion controller hardware circuit design based on ARM + FPGA,the design of FPGA programmable logic simulation and ARM micro controller software;Finally,we build the whole line cutting system movement platform.After finishing all the work,we will finally carry out a test to the function and cutting line performance of the cut line system.Various test results show that the system automatically cutting speed is fast and has high precision of cutting line.
