Vulcanization-reversion of giant tire is the decline of the physical performance when the tire stays at high temperature and pressure for a long time.The vulcanization of tire is an important process in which chain molecules in rubber cross link reaction under the action of given vulcanization pressure,temperature and time to obtain effective physical and mechanical properties of tire.The performance curve of glue during vulcanization process decide that will be more risk the rubber in the state of undercure than overcure.General the factory uses the concept of overcure to make the vulcanization process.Vulcanization simulation and thermocouple temperature measurement are used to improve and optimize the vulcanization recovery of giant engineering tires.he traditional thermocouple temperature measurement method has the disadvantage of low efficiency.The vulcanization process conditions are optimized,which reduces the vulcanization recovery of tires and achieves the purpose of improving the quality of tires.The thermocouple temperature measurement method and finite element analysis(FEA)are adopted to reflect the temperature variation and curing degree of the27.00R49 giant engineering tire.By adopting new ways of arranging lines and burying points in the traditional temperature measurement,relatively complete data can be obtained in the experiment,and the data can be used as the boundary conditions and consistency verification data of the FEA.In the FEA,the temperature change field and the SOC of the tire are obtained.At the same time,the effect of curing temperature on the uniformity of tire curing degree is less,it also obtained the important information that the most serious part of the giant engineering tyre revulcanization is consistent with the feedback of the tire market.This article has a high application value and practical significance for the process of tire vulcanization and tire formula design in the process of industrial production.Optimization of curing time can improve the uniformity of tire curing degree.In view of the most severe vulcanization degree of the seed mouth,the method of adding anti-vulcanization reversion agent WK901 was adopted to improve the seed mouth vulcanization,extending the flat period of the seed mouth vulcanization,maintaining good physical properties after a period of oversulfur,and its tear properties did not decline after aging.When the tire was tested,its durability was greatly improved.This paper presents a new approach to the improvement of giant radial tire by combining temperature measurement method and FEA.Not only shortens the time of process improvement and also save and create the higher value for the enterprise and social benefits.
