| The effects of the dosage of heat stabilizer HS-80 and anti-vulcanization agent PK-900 on the basic mechanical properties the tensile strength,the tear strength,the wear resistance,of natural rubber were studied.And the mechanical properties of NR under different vulcanization time and different vulcanization temperature were studied;discuss the material performance by mechanical analysis(RPA),and this factor correlation.The effects of the amount of heat stabilizer HS-80 and the vulcanization temperature on the properties of NR were studied.The test result indicated: with the increase of the amount of heat stabilizer,the mechanical properties of NR changed little at 160 ℃ for 10min;With the increase of vulcanization temperature or the time of vulcanization,the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber decreased,but increased with the increase of heat stabilizer dosage;the addition of graphene gum has little effect on the mechanical properties of NR,but the DIN wear volume is reduced.The RPA dynamic properties analysis indicated: with the increase of vulcanization temperature and vulcanization time,the dynamic performance of NR decreased,but the dynamic performance was improved after increasing the amount of heat stabilizer.The effects of the amount of anti-vulcanization agent PK-900,vulcanization time and vulcanization temperature on NR were studied.The test result indicated: The mechanical properties of the NR at 160 ℃ for 10 min did not change with the increase of the amount of anti-vulcanization agent;the mechanical properties of NR decreased after high temperature or prolonged vulcanization time,but the mechanical properties increased with the amount of anti-vulcanization agent.The RPA dynamic properties analysis indicated: the dynamic properties of NR at 160 ℃ for 10 min were not obvious with the increase of anti-vulcanization;The dynamic properties of the NR after increasing the temperature or prolonged the vulcanization time increased with the amount of anti-vulcanization agent;the anti-vulcanization agent PK-900 does not affect the vulcanization properties of the NR. |
