This dissertation studies the noise of the booster pump and its motor in the water purifier.After the reform and opening up,with the improvement of the living standards of our residents,people are paying more and more attention to the health of water.The water purifiers for water treatment have also emerged and flourished.In recent years,as the residents of our country have deepened their understanding of the water purification industry and the popularity of water purifiers in the user's home,the noise problem of the products has also been put on research topics.This topic is derived from the special needs of consumers for low noise of a certain type of machine,so the research on the noise vibration of the drive unit booster pump and its motor of the whole machine,including the principle of permanent magnet DC motor discuss,modal analysis of the stator and rotor of the motor and vibration reduction of the booster pump.Among them,the focus is on the overall noise reduction from the motor noise reduction of the booster pump and the vibration reduction of the pump.This thesis is based on research and development project of a large group company,the booster pump and its motor in MRC1892A-600 G water purifier.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the basic structure,operation principle and design method of the booster pump and motor,according to the actual performance requirements of the whole machine,the parameters and performance of the DC permanent magnet motor are analyzed and studied,and the specific motor speed,current and torque are obtained.Thereby improving pump efficiency.(2)Firstly,the noise analysis is carried out from the whole machine to study the main sources of noise,and the main noise sources affecting the whole machine are obtained,and the specific research is carried out for the main noise sources.At the same time,the sound quality is discussed,and the noise test methods of the ten-point method and the four-point method are introduced from different directions,and then the experimental research is carried out from the noise mechanism of the whole machine.(3)Combining the stator and rotor systems of the motor,the modalities of the two are studied,and the overall structure of the motor is optimized to avoid resonance between the natural frequencies of the stator and rotor systems and the electromagnetic wave frequency of the motor.Thus,the source of noise can be effectively controlled and the noise can be prevented from expanding when the entire machine is installed.(4)Conduct corresponding research on booster pump vibration reduction,use finite element analysis method to simulate and design the booster pump vibration isolation system,verify its correctness through experiments,and finally accumulate corresponding experience for the follow-up machine.The research on vibration and noise reduction indicates the direction.The above research has achieved certain results,and has some guidance on the application of DC permanent magnet motor booster pumps on water purifiers.
