| Guohua electric power company in 2013 launched the"green power generation plan",ask guohua company subordinate environmental indicators meet flue gas pollutants near zero emissions coal-fired power plants,put forward the particulate emission concentration is less than 10 mg/m3,SO2 emission concentration is less than35 mg/m3,nox emission concentration is less than 70 mg/m3.Four units suizhong power generation co.,LTD is the actual average emissions of SO2 concentration between 2548 mg/m3,average nox emission concentration between 6474 mg/m3,average dust emission concentration between 17 and 63 mg/m3,need to undertake technical reformation.Was positive response to the national electricity company and guohua company environmental policy,for desulphurization and dust removal,denitration system effect the reform direction and the research,project establishment and argument,and were completed in August 2014 the#2 unit electric dust remover and desulfurization tower effect modification,and completed the denitration equipment installation,December the same year completed a#1 unit and electric dust remover and desulfurization tower effect modification,and completed the denitration equipment installation,completed in August 2015#3 unit to effect reconstruction desulfurization tower,and completed the denitration equipment installation.In April 2016,the improvement of the desulfurization tower of unit#4 was completed,and the denitrification equipment was improved.After the modification of 4 units,the average SO2 emission concentration of unit#1 under full load was 18mg/m3,the average NOx emission concentration was39mg/m3,and the average dust emission concentration was 3.2mg/m3.The average SO2 emission concentration under full load of unit 2 is 22mg/m3,the average NOx emission concentration is 44mg/m3,and the average dust emission concentration is3.8mg/m3.The average discharge concentration of SO2 under full load of unit 3 is14mg/m3,the average emission concentration of NOx is 40mg/m3,and the average emission concentration of dust is 2.7mg/m3.The average SO2 emission concentration of unit 4 is 15mg/m3 under full load,the average NOx emission concentration is34mg/m3,and the average dust emission concentration is 3mg/m3.All of them meet the requirement of nearly zero emission of flue gas pollutant according to the environmental protection index of guohua company. |
