At present, China’s air pollution situation is grim, pollutant characteristics of regional atmospheric environmental problems to inhalable particulate matter (PM10) and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) is increasingly outstanding, frequent occurrence of regional atmospheric haze, toxic and hazardous air pollutants environmental risk is getting bigger, the, to fine particulate matter (PM2.5) as the dominant factors of regional haze phenomenon is serious with each passing day has to public health in China constitute a great threat, on the lives of people produced great influence and affect social harmony and stability, also increasingly subject to public attention.In recent years, the state has issued a series of stringent measures to strengthen the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution. Has also introduced more stringent local standards of local governments in some key areas, such as Beijing city planning in 2015-2016 heating season after the end of phasing out coal-fired thermal power generating units, to substitute gas equipment, including taking the cogeneration gas for coal "measures. Overall, these governance measures will have a positive impact on the cogeneration industry, but inevitably some negative effects and worrying.In recent years, I have been working on the combustion adjustment of the plant. Research directions respectively from a furnace cold dynamic test, NCV coefficient adjustment, different secondary air baffle opening degree, grinding coal separator speed adjustment and a wind flow optimization, equality of different measures for combustion adjustment of grinding coal machine export pulverized coal pipeline pulverized coal mass flow rate and flow velocity. The study of how to make the NOx emission value of the boiler through the series of combustion adjustment has reached or exceeded the level of the combustion engine emission. An example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of low NOx combustion in a coal fired unit. At the same time, it is proved that the emission targets of coal-fired power plants can achieve very good standards as long as the reasonable combustion adjustment is made. The authors try to through this article to the public understanding of coal-fired cogeneration industry impact on emissions of pollutants, for the cogeneration industry promotion of coal change gas tough "one size fits all" policy thinking or to provide room for further discussion.
