Phosphorus is one of the main factors that cause eutrophication of water body,and the wastewater treatment plant is the main means to reduce the phosphorus.In order to meet the discharge of effluent total phosphorus,biological phosphorus removal is the prerequisite.However,due to the complex mechanism of biological phosphorus removal and many factors affecting the biological phosphorus removal process,the process of biological phosphorus removal has the characteristics of dynamic nonlinearity.How to improve the efficiency of biological phosphorus removal and reduce the concentration of total phosphorus in the effluent is a challenging problem in the current control field.In this paper,to solve the problems of real-time and precise control of effluent total phosphorus,an intelligent prediction and control method is proposed.First,a soft-sensor model,based on a fuzzy neural network(FNN),is designed to realize the accuracy and real-time monitoring of effluent total phosphorus.Second,an intelligent control method is proposed for biological phosphorus removal.This method can realize precise control of effluent total phosphorus.Finally,an intelligent monitoring and control system for effluent total phosphorus is designed and developed,which realizes the stable running of wastewater total phosphorus removal.Meanwhile,it improves the effluent quality and reduces the cost of phosphorus removal.The main contents of this paper are given as follows.1.Characteristic analysis of wastewater phosphorus removal process.In order to obtain the characteristics of biological phosphorus removal,the characteristics of biological phosphorus removal are studied based on the activated sludge 2d model(ASM2d)that is proposed by the International Water Association.The relationship between microbial and phosphorus removal is deeply analyzed,and the dynamic influence factors of biological phosphorus removal were excavated.It is found that biological phosphorus removal process with the characteristic of many parameters,the complex mechanism and dynamic nonlinear.Therefore,it is difficult to predict and control the total phosphorus in the biological phosphorus removal process.2.The soft sensor model based on FNN for effluent total phosphorus.In order to solve the problem of real-time and accurate monitoring effluent total phosphorus,in this paper,a soft sensor model based on fuzzy neural network is proposed.The adaptive two order algorithm is used to train and correct the model on-line,and the real-time detection of total phosphorus in the effluent is realized.The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed soft sensor model with higher performance.3.The intelligent predictive control method for total phosphorus.In order to solve the problem of control effluent total phosphorus,a predictive control method is proposed.First,the effluent total phosphorus concentration can be obtained by the proposed soft sensor model.Second,the predictive control method for total phosphorus concentration in the process of biological phosphorus removal is studied.Finally,the control method of phosphorus removal is verified by simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed control method can achieve real-time and accurate control of phosphorus,improve the efficiency of biological phosphorus removal and save the cost of chemical removal phosphorus.4.The monitoring system for total phosphorus.In order to apply the soft sensor technique and precise control method in the actual wastewater treatment process,a monitoring system for total phosphorus is developed.First,the data collection and transmission platform is set up based on the wastewater treatment process,and the data acquisition and transmission are realized.Second,the monitoring and control software is developed including encapsulation and embedding of soft sensing technology and precise control module,data processing and display module to realize human-machine interaction.Finally,the developed system is applied to the wastewater treatment process to achieve intelligent detection and precise control of total phosphorus and improve the automation and intelligence level of wastewater treatment plant.
