In recent years,with the rapid development of the national chemical industry,the demand for hazardous chemicals(referred to as hazardous chemicals for short)has been increasing,and the transportation volume of hazardous chemicals has also continued to increase with the increase in demand.As a result,the proportion of hazardous chemicals transportation in China's total freight traffic has increased year by year,and the proportion of road transportation volume has also increased accordingly,which has increased the occurrence of hazardous chemical tanker road transportation accidents.Therefore,in order to reduce the occurrence of hazardous chemical tanker road transportation accidents,the monitoring,early warning and management of hazardous chemical tanker road transportation need to be carried out.At present,the number of index parameters for monitoring hazardous chemical tanker road transportation is relatively small and the early warning reliability is low.Based on this,this paper proposes a study on the intelligent monitoring and early warning system for the transportation safety of hazardous chemicals tankers.By designing the corresponding software and hardware systems,and citing the data fusion method based on fuzzy neural network for real-time evaluation and prediction of road transportation safety status of hazardous chemicals tankers.According to the requirements of the intelligent monitoring and early warning system for the transportation safety of hazardous chemicals tankers,this article selects the tanker parameters,tank parameters,and external environmental parameters for comprehensive and real-time monitoring of road transportation of hazardous chemicals tankers.Using vehicle speed,acceleration,attitude,pressure,concentration,and ambient temperature and humidity as input parameters,a development platform with a real-time operating system was established,and application software for monitoring and early warning of hazardous chemicals road transportation status was developed on the platform..Then,a safety evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network was established,which comprehensively considered the evaluation index system composed of "vehicle-cargo-environment" factors,used to monitor and early warning the safety status of LNG tanker transportation,and verified its feasibility.Finally,the monitoring data is sent to the monitoring center through the 4G network transmission system,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and management of the transportation safety of dangerous chemical tanker trucks.The research results of this paper have certain social value and theoretical research significance for the monitoring and early warning of the safe state of dangerous chemical tanker truck transportation.
