In this topic,the desulfurization activation process of waste rubber powder was first studied,and then the process development of cationic emulsified asphalt was carried out.On this basis,the activated rubber powder modified cationic emulsified asphalt material was prepared and the indoor experimental research and road test were carried out.In the study of the activation of powdered coal desulphurization,the stability of the oil-activator/gel powder emulsion dispersion system was studied first.The C3 composite cationic emulsifier with the best performance was used to prepare the oil-activator emulsion.The tests and electron microscope scans revealed that the oil-activator emulsion has good high temperature stability.On this basis,the powder was added to prepare the oil-activator/rubber powder mixture.Through the stability test,it was found that the entire emulsion dispersion system had good stability,and almost no powder was precipitated.Then the activation of the rubber powder was carried out.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that the absorption peaks of the activated rubber powder at 2916.52 cm-1,2848.19 cm-1,1440.24and 1374.67 cm-1were significantly increased,it shows that after the rubber powder is activated,the sulfur cross-linking bonds are broken,resulting in polymer chain segments,thereby increasing the amount of alkanes on the surface of the powdered powder.In the research of rubber powder modified cationic emulsified asphalt material system,the cationic emulsified asphalt technology was first developed with C3 composite cationic emulsifier.The emulsified asphalt with 60%asphalt content was prepared.The particle size of most emulsified asphalt droplets was found between 2-5?m,good storage stability,softening point and ductility and other performance test results meet the performance requirements.Then,the performance of the rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt was investigated.It was found that using 40 mesh to 60 mesh rubber powder,the C3 emulsifier/oil/activator/water was mixed with 0.03:0.1:0.004:0.17 to prepare the mixed soap.Powder/mixed soap was mixed in a ratio of 0.3:1,and stirred for 30 minutes.The activated rubber powder prepared by incubating in an autoclave at 120°C for 2 hours had the best modification effect on the emulsified asphalt.The amount of rubber powder blended is 15%of asphalt,and three batches of activated rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt were repeated.The average softening point was 52.9°C,the average penetration was 91.0?0.1mm?,and the average ductility at 5°C was 17.8cm.The elastic recovery rate was 54.8%,and all performances met the requirements of the enterprise.Through analysis of the loss modulus G'',storage modulus G',loss factor tan?and dynamic shear complex modulus G*of the evaporation residue of modified asphalt,it was found that the modified asphalt has high temperature shear resistance.Deformation capacity is improved and temperature sensitivity is reduced.Finally,a road test was conducted on the basis of indoor simulation experiments to test the vertical drawing strength,anti-slip performance and anti-seepage performance.The test found that the vertical pull strength after 2 days is 0.2 MPa,which basically meets the normal driving requirements;the average anti-slip value is 61.2,and the average value of the seepage coefficient is 1.59 mL/min,both in accordance with the specifications of asphalt pavement technical specifications and quality standards Performance indicators.The above study proves that the emulsion dispersion system used in this project is effective and achieves the purpose of desulfurization and activation of the rubber powder.The rubber modified cationic emulsified asphalt has good effect and meets the index requirements of asphalt pavement performance.
