The pearl river delta region has strong economic strength,strong industrial development and high demand for natural gas.Along with the guangdong LNG receiving station and other gas source planning and construction of accelerating speed,gas transportation cost problem gradually become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of regional economy,affect the energy security of supply.In view of the problems,through the investigation and empirical data,this study demonstrates the pearl river delta in addition to the pipeline transportation of tanker and tank lorry transportation conditions and door station to the regional transportation around the city.Then,based on the logistics,classification,statistics and relevant theory of nonlinear programming,respectively in the region of two LNG tanker and tank lorry nonlinear programming model is established on the mode of transportation,aims to find out the lowest cost of transportation under the condition of the optimal path.Finally,the optimal path of minimum transportation cost is proposed through cost comparison analysis.For guangdong province,especially the pearl river delta natural gas supply chain decision provides a new way of thinking and inspiration. |
