In 2015,China proposed the "Made in China 2025" program to promote Chinese enterprises the joint of automated information technology and traditional manufacturing industries,to achieve industrial production automation.The Taizhou Municipal Government has built a“5+5” myriads industrial cluster.The mold industry is an important local industry and requires a large number of plastic mold professionals who meet the local industrial characteristics.Mold teaching in secondary vocational schools plays an important role in mold technology personnel training.At present,mold teaching in secondary vocational schools have the limitations of “difficult combination of employment occupational and training courses,single implementation and evaluation model”,and so on.The adaptability of student enterprises is not high.The reform of the mold training course in secondary vocational schools is imperative.This research sets two areas of occupational situational psychology and mold training skills,focusing on the training objectives of engineering and technical personnel,build mold training curriculum system of occupational situation teaching in secondary vocational schools.From the aspects of occupational situation,occupational goals,occupational situation,occupational activities,occupational evaluation,etc.,we explore how to effectively integrate occupational situations and training courses.Systematic curriculum and teaching reforms are carried out in the form of multi-module blocks from the course design,implementation and evaluation system of mold training in secondary vocational schools.(1)Firstly,the occupational situation design is carried out from the aspects of equipment layout,system formulation and role.On the basis of the subject-type and application-oriented training objectives,combined with the actual production of the mold,specific vocational knowledge and skill objectives are proposed,and the training plan and content are reconstructed.(2)Combining with the theory and practice principle of occupational situation,this paper explores the three-stage innovative training mode of rotation,synthesis and fixing posts,realizes the goal of one-base,two-synthesis and three-litre training,and achieves wide foundation and accurate post docking through situational training.(3)Taking the enterprise quality evaluation as the standard,supplemented by the evaluation of skills evaluation,quantitative evaluation,multi-evaluation,etc.,we establish a corresponding evaluation system.The research results show that the mold training curriculum system and in secondary vocational schools based on the occupational situation teaching mold built in this paper reflects the student-centered teaching mode adapted to modern manufacturing.Teaching reform has achieved remarkable results.Students' learning initiative,team cooperation and engineering inquiry consciousness have been strengthened,mold skills have been strengthened,and their enthusiasm for employment has been improved,which has been well received by enterprises.This study provides an academic and empirical basis for the development and evaluation of mold training courses in secondary vocational school,and provides a new way to further explore the teaching reform of mold and related machinery courses.
