After the 21 st century,the garment production and manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.For the development of the entire garment industry,it not only needs the professionals who are proficient in garment design and scientific research trained by higher education,but also the garment talents with secondary vocational education who have solid professional theoretical knowledge and skilled production and production technology skills.The development of Chinese secondary vocational education to start relatively late,and the rise of garment specialty in secondary vocational education in henan province are relatively later,in 2014,the state promulgated on "speed up the development of modern vocational education decision" files,including on the overall requirements and basic principles of the secondary vocational education is clear,intensify efforts to perfect the system of secondary vocational education,improving the quality of secondary vocational talent cultivation,improve the enthusiasm of the secondary vocational education schools,improve the level of the development of secondary vocational education guarantee,etc.,in Henan province secondary vocational clothing began to accelerate the development of professional stage.In January 2019,the state council issued the national implementation plan for the reform of vocational education,which pointed out that it should promote the high-quality development of vocational education and deepen the reform of the training mode of compound technical talents.Promote the integration of industry and education,adhere to the combination of work;We will encourage schools and enterprises to strengthen in-depth cooperation in an all-round way and build a number of high-level training bases.Belongs to the comprehensive research of exploration type,this thesis research and collection of the first domestic research on vocational education personnel training mode dynamically,and then analyzed the current domestic,to market demand and the development of clothing industry in the province after the research about the present situation of Henan province secondary vocational clothing talent cultivation,mainly from the curriculum,teaching mode and the classroom form,students learn professional knowledge and practical skills,students design capability and innovation consciousness,teacher team construction,mechanism of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and the six aspects of study.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current training mode of clothing professionals in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some Suggestions to accelerate theadjustment,transformation and upgrading of the training mode of clothing professionals in secondary vocational schools in Henan province.This paper is divided into four chapters: the introduction and the main text:The introduction mainly includes the research purpose,research significance,literature review,research design,research methods and the dynamic analysis of domestic and foreign research on secondary vocational clothing education.The first chapter of the text mainly analyzes the development of the domestic clothing industry and the market's demand for secondary vocational clothing talents,further analyzes the development of Henan province's clothing industry and the demand for secondary vocational clothing talents,and analyzes the deficiencies of the existing traditional training mode of secondary vocational clothing talents.The second chapter mainly investigates the current situation of the training mode of secondary vocational clothing professionals in Henan province.The second is the collation of survey data and results,mainly including professional curriculum,teaching mode,classroom form,students' professional knowledge and practical skills learning,teacher team building,"school-enterprise cooperation" mechanism and other relevant questionnaire survey data,teachers and enterprises interview results summary.The third chapter is mainly to Henan province secondary vocational clothing professional personnel training mode research summarized the existing problems in the analysis,summed up the current training mode is unscientific,obsolete teaching mode,course design and classroom form rigid,teaching and training equipment modernization level is low,the students' practical skills and design innovation consciousness is poorer,teacher team construction is not perfect,the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and engagement with such problems as lack of depth.The fourth chapter is mainly based on the investigation and summary of the henan province secondary vocational clothing professional personnel training mode problems put forward optimization strategy,mainly including the optimization of the curriculum structure,embodies the concept of skill training;Reform the teaching mode and improve the learning efficiency;Strengthen equipment investment,promote the modernization of training base;Cultivate innovative talents and promote the development of the clothing industry;Improve the construction of the teaching staff and increase the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers;In-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges,the establishment of long-term cooperation mechanism to optimize curriculum structure,highlight the skills and build new secondary vocational clothing "production-teaching-research combination" teaching mode,strengthen the construction of training base,"double type" fashion design talent cultivation,perfecting the "double division type" teacher training,establish a long-term mechanism of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and put forward improving Suggestions and improvement strategy.
