With the rapid development of global economic integration,new opportunities have been brought to China's economic development.At the same time,the energy consumption and environmental pollution problems caused by economic development are also increasingly prominent.With the diversification of the demand for logistics service and the change of actual effect,the competition between logistics enterprises is becoming more and more intense.Therefore,in the formulation of the distribution plan should be considered when the customer satisfaction,to make distribution scheme based on keeping certain customer satisfaction,not only reflect the logistics enterprise customer centered service,improve customer loyalty,but also actively respond to the government energy-saving emission reduction policies to consider carbon emissions with fuzzy time the window of the vehicle routing problem is applied to the J company to develop logistics distribution route scheme,which has practical application value.At present,there are few studies on the combination of carbon emission factors and fuzzy time windows in the academic circles.This paper supplements the theoretical research of vehicle routing problem considering carbon emissions in fuzzy time window constraints,so it has theoretical research value.The main research work are as follows:1 The background of the research questions and research significance are briefly introduced and summarized the current domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of research on vehicle routing problem and carbon emissions in the field ofresearch,based on personal opinions a simple evaluation of the comprehensive.2 The theory of vehicle the routing problem is introduced,summarizes the carbon emissions and energy consumption calculation method and simple method of classic vehicle routing problem solving optimization model.3 The author goes deep into the research of J logistics company in Nanchang branch,and summarizes the problems existing in the distribution route of J logistics company.Based on the problems,it puts forward the improvement measures,and establishes a vehicle routing problem optimization model with fuzzy time windows constraint considering carbon emissions.4 Considering the complexity of the model,we design a hybrid genetic tabu search algorithm to solve it.5 The application of the model and algorithm to the third party logistics enterprises,from three the perspective of customer satisfaction,carbon emissions and other factors on the enterprise logistics distribution.
