With the development of economic globalization,e-commerce promotes the development of the logistics industry,resulting in the energy consumption of the logistics industry is also growing.The excessive consumption of energy has caused tremendous pressure on the environment,so low carbon logistics has become a research hotspot in the field of logistics,the concept of energy-saving and emission reduction began to penetrate into the traditional logistics distribution vehicle,path optimization is the key to the optimization of the logistics system,logistics enterprises through the arrangement and distribution vehicle route planning reasonably,can fuel fuel consumption can effectively reduce the cost of logistics and distribution enterprises,vehicles and carbon emissions,whether from the angle of the enterprise or from the perspective of the ecological environment,considering the vehicle routing problem of carbon emission factors are worth studying.Firstly,in view of the logistics enterprise distribution problem,based on the vehicle routing problem and the vehicle carbon emissions related theory research,from the environmental protection angle of view,simultaneously considers the customer's satisfaction,studies the fuzzy appointment time vehicle routing problem which considers the carbon emissions factor.Secondly,summarize the status quo of domestic vehicle routing problem,vehicle routing problem with the current research results,summarized summary calculation model of carbon emissions,carbon emissions calculation model established in this paper,according to the characteristics of vehicle routing problem considering carbon emission factors,using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the objective function in the enterprise operation cost,environmental cost,customer satisfaction into consideration,establishes the mathematical programming model of this problem.Finally,according to the characteristics of model considering the vehicle routing problem of carbon emission factors,a combination of 2-opt local search mechanism and push-touch-throwing process of improved ant colony algorithm design,using MATLAB software programming,using the Solomon standard library R208 example on the effectiveness of the model and the design of the algorithm is verified simulation and algorithm comparison,the result shows that the model and algorithm is effective and can provide a reference for the distribution decision of logistics enterprises,logistics enterprises to reduce operating costs,while reducing carbon emissions,in line with the requirements of the development of sustainable green logistics.
