Good ecological environment is the basic condition for human survival.It is also the most equitable public product and the most popular welfare of the people.Water is one of the most important substances in human life,and its importance is self-evident.Pollutants in water,especially water-soluble organic pollutants(including pesticides,phenols,PAHs,oils,etc.),which are carcinogenic,have become the focus of attention of the masses.It is of great significance to evaluate the composition,concentration and change trend of the harmful pollutants in water,to evaluate the water quality and guide the production and life.Fluorescence spectrum detection method has good selectivity,high sensitivity,rapid in situ,etc.,can be widely used in the field of water soluble organic pollutants detection.In the actual water body,the measured fluorescence is often affected by the multi component fluorescence spectrum overlap effect,matrix interference and complex background.How to further enrich the detection information and improve the prediction ability of method of fluorescence detection is very important in practical application.According to the requirements of water environment monitoring endocrine disrupting chemicals,pesticides,metals and other pollutants,this paper is mainly about how to obtain the accurate fluorescence processing algorithm of organic pollutants in water,the chemical reaction kinetic principle of stopped flow study on the key technology of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum imaging apparatus based on the main research work includes the water soluble organic pollutants,four-dimensional fluorescence detection model stop flow of three-dimensional fluorescence spectral imaging system design and system software,and the pesticide hydrolysis process were tested and analyzed.In this paper,the key parameters,types and characteristics of the chemical reaction kinetics,three dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis method,the principle of three dimensional fluorescence water-soluble organic pollutants detection mechanism are analyzed.Based on the four dimensional fluorescence detection model parameterized by time,dynamics,exciting light,emitted light,a four dimensional fluorescence spectrum detect model was setablished combining with principle of chemical reaction kinetics.A three dimensional fluorescence spectrometer based on the principle of chemical reaction dynamics is designed and developed.The detailed experimental flow path design requirements,the control circuit of the sampling device,the realization method of the automatic programming and the hardware control protocol of the sampling device are given,and the corresponding multidimensional fluorescence spectrum algorithm is proposed.On this basis,the system software is designed and a practical system software is compiled.Finally,three pesticides samples including carbaryl,carbendazim and fuberidazole were tested.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the system.
